You can sign up at https://support.devicie.com without needing an invitation.
Previously, B2B invitations were required to access the portal. Now, anyone can join and take advantage of our resources.
Important Information
Each customer has a unique organization where users belong. To ensure new users are added to the correct organization, please sign up using your corporate email address.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to sign up for the Devicie Support Portal, whether you're a new or existing customer.

Access the Sign-Up Page
- In the top menu, click on Sign In.
- On the "Sign in to Devicie" page, click Sign Up.

Enter Your Details
- Provide your full name and your corporate email address.
- Important: Do not use a personal email address, as it will not automatically link your account to your organization's profile.

Verify Your Email
- An email will be sent to your corporate email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set up a password.

Create a Secure Password
Ensure your password meets the following requirements:
- At least 12 characters but fewer than 128.
- Includes letters in mixed case, numbers, and special characters.
- Does not resemble an email address.
- Does not contain your "firstname.lastname" from your email.
- Does not include the word "Zendesk."
- Passes a data breach check.

Complete the Setup
- Once your password is set, your account will be automatically linked to your organization.

Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to:
- Submit support requests.
- Access all help center resources.
